There's a new NPC in pok who will train you in the various tradeskills for a small price.
His name is Aventus and he will help you get all the way to 250 if you wish.

The cost of training is as such:

Up to skill 50: 1pp

Up to skill 100: 1pp x current skill level

Up to skill 200: 1pp x current skill level + 1 AA.

Up to skill 240: 1pp x current skill level + 2 AA.

Up to skill 250: 1pp x current skill level + 3 AA.
